João Victor Venâncio has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Santander Brasil as an Estagiário, where they were responsible for direct customer service, quotation and sale of banking products, and updating basic records. João Victor also worked at Awebic in 2017 as a Gestor de Midia Social. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at NexAtlas, where they held two roles: Head of Growth and Growth and Marketing Digital. As Head of Growth, they were responsible for creating, managing, and executing experiments with a focus on exponential company growth, analyzing and optimizing data from experimentation cycles, and documenting and organizing all learning from experiments. As Growth and Marketing Digital, they were responsible for creating, managing, and executing experiments with a focus on exponential company growth, conducting Customer Development research with a focus on Customer Discovery and Customer Validation, and managing strategic partnerships for the company. Finally, in 2020, they worked at Monitor de Marketing Operacional as a Monitor, where they were responsible for assisting in the preparation of slides for the discipline, assisting students with questions related to the subject, and helping with the correction of exercises.
João Victor Venâncio obtained their Graduation degree in Administration of Companies from the Universidade Federal de Itajubá between 2016 and 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from various institutions, such as the Instituto de Gestão e Tecnologia da Informação (Agile Expert in 2021), Tração.Online (Introduction to Growth Hacking and Tracking for Startups in 2021), Escola Casa - Escola Prática de Arte e Design (ADS Layout - Design for Social Networks - Online in 2020) and ANBIMA (CPA 10 in 2017).
