Francesco de Luca has a long and varied work experience. Francesco began their career in 1994 as an Account Manager at Metropolis, an advertising agency. Francesco then moved on to Girmi S.p.A. in 1997 as a Senior Product Manager. In 1999, they became the Director of Licensing at Gruppo Cartorama S.r.L. and also served as the Marketing Manager for Cartorama and Artena BU. In 2011, they were a Speaker at ALTALEX, SL and in 2014 they were a Guest Speaker at Licensing Italia Srl. In 2016, they became the Marketing Director at Gut Distribution, where they developed and managed Company Brands, including Licensing/Distribution Contracts with international partners. In 2017, they were a Speaker at Il Sole 24 Ore. Since 2018, they have been a Licensing and Marketing Senior Consultant at Freelance and most recently, in 2022, they became the Product & Marketing Manager Europe at Forcite.
Francesco de Luca obtained their High School Diploma Italian Liceo Classico from Liceo Classico "G.Parini" Milano. Francesco then attended Università degli Studi di Milano, where they earned a Political Science Bachelor's Degree with Economics and Law specializations. In 1996, they took an English for Business Course at the University of California, Berkeley.
