Michal Hroneš

Customer Care & Innovation Manager at NEWTON Media

Michal Hroneš is the Customer Care & Innovation Manager at NEWTON Media, a.s. Prior to this, they were the Financial Aid Coordinator at Diaconia of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren, where they led various teams of volunteers in providing aid and evaluating damage due to heavy floods. Michal also worked as a Tester of Banking Domains at CSOB and as a Leadership Aid at Nadace VIA. Hroneš has also been a Tennis Coach at Tenisová škola ESO s.r.o. and a Food and Beverage Assistant at Cairn Group of Hotels - Bellhouse Hotel****.

Michal Hroneš has a Master's degree in Public and Social Policy from the Faculty of Sociology at Charles University. Michal also has a Bachelor's degree in Anglophone Studies from Metropolitan University Prague and a Bachelor's degree in Erasmus Exchange - European Studies/Civilization from Technological University Dublin. Michal also has a Certification from Český tenisový svaz in 2nd Level of Tennis Coaching and a Certification from Brandwatch in Foundations Certification.
