Costanza Conti has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. From 2018, they have been working at Bio4Dreams as part of the Grant Office. Prior to that, they served as the Clinical Affairs Manager at Newronika S.p.A. and held the position of Head of Grant Office and Scientific Services Unit at IMS - Istituto di Management Sanitario S.r.l. from 2016.
Between 2013 and 2017, Conti worked as a Project Manager at Politecnico di Milano. In 2012, they were a Research Scientist at KOS GENETIC, where they coordinated an observational study and developed project proposals for grant applications in the field of lifesciences.
Costanza also gained research experience as a Research Fellow at Università degli Studi di Milano and as an Intern at the World Health Organization in 2012.
From 2004 to 2011, Conti worked as a Research Scientist at IMS - Istituto di Management Sanitario S.r.l., focusing on R&D projects design and implementation. Costanza had successful projects in complex genetic traits, chronic disease management, and radiological digital data systems.

Costanza Conti has a diverse education history. Costanza obtained their Laurea Magistrale LM degree in Medicina veterinaria from Università degli Studi di Milano between 1999 and 2004. In 2002 and 2003, they pursued further studies in Medicina veterinaria at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
Costanza then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Ecopathology from Università degli Studi di Milano in 2005. Continuing their academic journey, Costanza Conti completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of London, from 2008 to 2011.
To further deepen their knowledge and expertise, Costanza Conti pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Molecular and Translational Medicine from Università degli Studi di Milano from 2014 to 2017.
