Eric Fronk is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Outcomeus and Proove Genomics Inc. since November 2023, and as CFO/COO of HD Medical, Inc. since January 2021, Eric has a proven track record in finance and operations across diverse industries. Previous positions include Director of Finance at QC Manufacturing, CFO/COO at MacroAir Fans, and Chief Financial Officer at Aurora Spine. Eric has significant expertise in public reporting, organizational restructuring, and driving financial strategies, supported by an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Additionally, Eric holds a position on the Board of Directors for Know Your Lemons Foundation, Inc., dedicated to breast cancer awareness and early detection initiatives.
