Jing Cai is an experienced geologist currently working at Newmont Corporation since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jing Cai contributed as a geologist at Newcrest Mining from March 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included serving as both Exploration Geologist Lead and Exploration Geologist. Earlier experience includes time at Pretium Resources Inc. from July 2020 to February 2022, where Jing Cai held the positions of Exploration Geologist and Geological Technician. Jing Cai earned a degree in Earth Science with a focus on Geology from the University of Victoria between 2013 and 2019.
