Neil Bond has extensive experience in the energy and agriculture sectors, currently serving as the RES Biomass Development Manager at RES Group since April 2007. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Manco Energy Limited from 2004 to 2007 and Biomass Project Developer at NEL Power from 2002 to 2004, where involvement included diverse due diligence and acquisition projects. As Operations Manager at Anglian Straw (1999-2002), Neil Bond developed a 200 Kt/an fuel supply chain and managed logistics and supply contracts. Early career positions included Fuels Manager at Fibrowatt in late 1998, Ag Operations Manager at British Sugar from 1994 to 1998 overseeing a significant sugar beet supply, and Fieldsman at British Sugar from 1989 to 1992, collaborating with farmers to meet factory requirements.
