Mark Haffeman has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Mark currently holds the position of Director of Support Services at New Era Technology, where they provide leadership and oversight to various departments. Mark is responsible for ensuring seamless operations delivery, optimizing project profitability, and inspiring and empowering teams through collaboration and teamwork.
Prior to their current role, Haffeman worked at Comm-Works for nine years. Mark started as a Sales Consultant at Team Electronics in 2001 and then transitioned to roles at Private Energy Systems, Inc. and Audio Video Planners, Inc. In 2009, they joined Comm-Works as a Solution Center Engineer and later became the Solution Center Engineering Manager. In these positions, Haffeman focused on managing resources, setting best practice standards, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Mark Haffeman completed their education from 1996 to 2005. Mark attended Spring Lake Park Senior High from 1996 to 1999. After that, they pursued a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on IEEE, Computer Science, and Business at North Dakota State University from 1999 to 2005.
