Russ Martin has over a decade of experience in project and product management, currently serving as Director of Product - Digital Channels and Head of Digital Products at NewDay since February 2014. In this leadership role, Russ oversees self-service customer service and collections channels across 11 brands and drives the digital-first servicing strategy to enhance customer experience. Prior to NewDay, Russ worked as a Project Manager at TSYS, partnering with major UK banks, and at DXC Technology, managing healthcare projects for NHS Trusts. Early career experience includes technical support at BT and a business and marketing degree from Leeds Beckett University.
