Matthew Jay has held various high-performance and athletic development roles in the sports industry, including positions with the Newcastle Knights, New Zealand Rugby League, and Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Pty Ltd. Prior to their current roles, Matthew also worked as a PDHPE teacher with the NSW Department of Education and as a Rugby League Development Officer with Collegians RLFC/ St George Illawarra Dragons. Matthew's experience spans across different levels of athletic performance and coaching, showcasing a well-rounded background in sports management.
