Eduardo Arias has over 30 years of experience in various IT leadership roles. Eduardo has held positions in companies such as New York Power Authority, BNY Mellon, Pershing (a division of BNY Mellon), Pitney Bowes, AIG, Burlington Industries, Nestlé, and Iona College. Eduardo has managed global teams, implemented best practices and service level agreements, and established support strategies. Eduardo has also been responsible for server deployment, instrumentation, and monitoring, as well as infrastructure development and support. Eduardo has extensive experience managing budgets and leading large teams in the IT industry.

Eduardo Arias has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Iona University. Eduardo also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the Universidad de Lima. In addition, they have obtained a certification in "Developing Adaptable Employees" from LinkedIn in 2020.
