Francesco Tassielli is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food preparation and kitchen management. Currently serving as the Purchasing Manager at New York Hilton Midtown since August 2022, Tassielli previously held the role of Corporate Executive Chef at Brooks Brothers from November 2018 to November 2020. Prior positions include Lead Line Cook at Cecconi's Dumbo, Sous Chef at Pastificio Larina and Camillos Italian Restaurant, and Junior Sous Chef at Cecconi's Dumbo, Brooklyn.
