Courtney Laviolette is an experienced executive professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President at One Acadiana since December 2022. Prior to this role, Courtney was the Campaign Coordinator for the re-election campaign of Mayor Ray Bourque, where strategic planning and community event execution were key responsibilities. With a strong background in operational management, Courtney has held positions such as Office/Operations Manager at AwardMaster and General Manager at La Pizza Mia, focusing on team training, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes roles as Operations Manager at LARC’s Acadian Village and Catering & Operations Manager at Pot & Paddle Jambalaya Kitchen, alongside event coordination roles at Main Event Entertainment and Oakbourne Country Club. Courtney graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
