Tracy Elise Poole currently serves as Vice President of Litigation and Risk at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, focusing on litigation oversight and crisis management since February 2024. Simultaneously, Tracy holds leadership roles as a Board Member and Chair of the Education Committee at New York City Center, contributing to the organization’s cultural mission since 2021. At Vassar College, Tracy is a Senior Advisor on the President’s Advisory Council and has been actively involved in alumni initiatives. Previously, Tracy was Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included overseeing complex global litigation across various business segments from 2000 to January 2023. Tracy holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Russian from Vassar College.
