Roxan Kamali currently serves as the Director of Learning and Participation at The Marlowe since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kamali was the Community Engagement Producer at Talawa Theatre Company from August 2019 to May 2022 and held the position of Creative Learning Manager - Young People at Kiln Theatre between August 2018 and September 2019. Additional experience includes roles as Producer at BOUNDLESS THEATRE, Youth Support Worker at Roundhouse Trust, and Music Programme Officer at Ark, among others. Kamali's educational background features a PG Cert in Applied Theatre with a focus on working with young people, alongside a BA in Drama, Applied Theatre, and Education, both from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
