Divya Beri, PhD, is a postdoctoral researcher currently affiliated with the New York Blood Center since February 2021, with previous experience at Weill Cornell Medicine, where research focused on one-carbon metabolites and gene regulation in malaria parasites. As a Graduate Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science from August 2014 to January 2020, Divya initiated international collaborations and published significant findings on global metabolomics and redox stress in malaria, while also contributing to various proteomics projects. Recognized for research excellence with awards such as the best turbo talk at the Molecular Parasitology Meeting in 2019 and a research grant from the President of India, Divya has presented findings at international conferences. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Infectious Diseases from the Indian Institute of Science, an MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Presidency College, Chennai.
