Joe Zhu is a highly experienced senior research officer at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, with a career spanning several key roles in research and leadership. Previously, Joe Zhu served as founder and chief scientist at JM Medical (Shenzhen) LLC, and held positions as a research associate at The University of Hong Kong and a postdoctoral fellow at Sun Yat-sen University. Joe Zhu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Paediatric Surgery and a Master of Philosophy in Paediatric Surgery from The University of Hong Kong, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Sun Yat-sen University.
