As the Owner of Sierra Care NY since March 2020, Alexander has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Concurrently, Alexander serves as the Head Coach and Owner of Long Island Fencing Center, a role held since September 2018, and has been the Head Coach at New York Athletic Club since September 2003, showcasing a long-term commitment to coaching excellence and athlete development.
