Andre Fredericks currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Sanlam Studios, focusing on leveraging emerging technologies to create ventures that generate commercial value, including the development of a Trusted AI Financial Coach utilizing Large Language Models. Prior to this role, Fredericks held various positions at Sanlam, including Chief Executive of Sanlam Rewards, where leadership of a multidisciplinary team enhanced client financial decision-making through an integrated rewards ecosystem. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Chief Information Officer at Sanlam Indie, where Fredericks co-founded and launched a digital insurance start-up, and Manager in various capacities within Sanlam's enterprise architecture and IT strategy departments.
