Carmen Tang has extensive experience in hospitality communications, having served as Communications Manager at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel from September 2018 to October 2022. Prior to this role, Carmen held positions as Assistant Communications Manager and Corporate Trainee at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong from June 2012 to April 2017. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, completed in 2012, and attended St. Mary's Canossian College.
