Julie Engel is an accomplished executive coach and consultant with over two decades of experience in fostering social innovation and responsible business practices. As the founder of Julie Engel & Company, LLC, Engel has provided coaching since 2001 while also serving on the faculty at New Ventures West and contributing as a Senior Social Innovation Fellow at Babson College. Throughout their career, Engel has developed programs to support emerging social innovators and taught courses focused on leading sustainable change in organizations. Engel's extensive background also includes roles at Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship and Polaroid, along with an impressive academic foundation with a Ph.D. in Sociology from Boston College and a B.F.A. in Fine Arts from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston/Tufts University.
