Steffen also has experience as the COO and Sales Director at Itera, Group Leader Sales at Sybase Software, Director at Sysdeco, and Programmer at Utdanningsdirektoratet. Steffen has a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Copenhagen Business School, a Markedsøkonom degree from BI Norwegian Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Geophysics and Seismology from the University of Oslo. Additionally, Steffen has a Naval officer degree from Sjøkrigsskolen.
