Katie Morin, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruiting and talent development. Currently serving as Vice President of HR for Recruiting & Talent Development at New Mountain Capital since March 2024, Katie previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Silver Lake from 2010 to 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director/Benefits and Compensation Manager at the Council on Foreign Relations from 2006 to 2010, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive benefit packages and compensation practices. Katie began the HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at New England Baptist Hospital from 2004 to 2006, focusing on high-volume recruitment and marketing campaigns. Katie holds a BA in International Business from Loyola University Maryland, earned in 2004.
