Najam Hossain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and HR operations, currently serving as Senior Manager and In Charge of Compensation & HR Operations at IPDC Finance since January 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing the calculation and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits for employees, conducting annual calibrations of compensation structures, and maintaining meticulous records and management information systems. Najam has held various roles in compensation and talent acquisition, progressively advancing from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager. Prior experience includes a position as a Human Resources Generalist at Export Import Bank of Bangladesh Limited, where recruitment and headcount management were key responsibilities. Najam holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from North South University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh.
