Stephanie Arlene Kepner Ferguson, PhD, LPCC, NCC, currently serves as the Dean of Applied Sciences and Learning Technology at New Mexico Junior College, overseeing various Career and Technical Education programs and evaluating online courses. As the owner of Many Sparrows Consulting, LLC, Stephanie provides mental health counseling, life coaching, and educational consultancy. With extensive experience in teaching at various institutions, including roles as faculty and program director, Stephanie has contributed to the academic landscape since 2002. Notable positions include Executive Director at Mary Baldwin University and Director of Enrichment Programs at the University of Virginia. Stephanie's educational qualifications include a PhD in Special Education from The University of Southern Mississippi, a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Southwest, and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Southeastern Louisiana University.
