Clare Crole-Rees currently serves as a Consultant Psychologist at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust since January 2023. Additionally, Clare holds positions as an Honorary Senior Lecturer and Honorary Research Associate at Cardiff University since September 2018. Previously, Clare was the Psychological Therapies Lead for Adults at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board from April 2020 to April 2022, and served as a Principal Psychologist and Practitioner Psychologist at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board from July 2013 to April 2020. Clare's career in psychology began at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, where Clare worked as a Registered Practitioner Psychologist and Locality Lead from September 2006 to July 2011, focusing on services such as Southwark Psychological Therapies Service and the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma.
