Ajit Choudhary is an experienced professional in the fields of finance, corporate strategy, and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Investments at Good Host Spaces Pvt Ltd since December 2019, Ajit has also held the position of Senior Manager of Acquisition within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Peninsula Land Ltd., and Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Project Finance at State Bank of India. Early career experiences involve engineering positions at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, Egis, Optimal Consultancy Services, and Shapoorji Pallonji Group. Ajit holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
