Brian Milleman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Brian started their career in 2000 with General Motors as a Technical Support at the Proving Grounds. In 2001, they joined General Electric as a Technical Director for Transportation Systems. From 2002 to 2004, they worked at Mitsubishi Motors as a Metro District Parts & Service Manager. Brian then moved on to Maserati North America in 2004, where they served as an Aftersales Business Manager. Brian then joined Ferrari North America in the same year, taking on the role of Aftersales Business Manager. Brian continued to hold this position until 2014 when they became the Director of Group Service Operations. In 2018, they joined New Country Motor Car Group as the Vice President of Aftersales. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in aftersales consulting, financial and accounting reviews, legal cases preparation, technical diagnosis, international business procedures, and customer account management. Brian is also experienced in instructing technical and business development training courses.
Brian Milleman attended Pittsburg State University from 1998 to 2001. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Automotive Technology (Service Management). Brian also pursued a Master of Science (MN) degree in Business Administration at the same university. Additionally, Brian acquired Additional Honors from Pittsburg State University. Brian further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) qualifications. Lastly, Brian had an unspecified educational experience at Ferrari/Maserati North America.
