Noelia Chebly has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the financial industry. Noelia started their career as an Assistant Private Banking at Barclays Wealth Management in 1996 and then moved on to BNP Paribas as a Private Banking professional. In 2002, they joined UEB Switzerland for a private banking role and later transitioned to a Legal Counsel position. In 2007, they joined BNP Paribas in Switzerland as a Legal Counsel, where they stayed until 2014. Noelia then worked as a Compliance Advisory Product & Technical at Barclays Wealth Management from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they joined EFG Asset Management (EFGAM) as the Head of Compliance, and eventually became the Global Head of Compliance in October 2018.
