Dyonte Holmes has extensive experience in systems administration and desktop support, currently serving as a System Administrator at NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals since March 2022. Prior to this role, Dyonte held various positions at Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) from May 2015, including Admin II for Windows Systems and Desktop and Mobility Support Analyst II, where responsibilities included managing desktop support for over 1,500 employees and overseeing software deployment and hardware evaluation. Dyonte’s earlier experience includes working as a Desktop Support Specialist I at Dell and an IT Support Technician at World Wide Technology, along with service in the United States Armed Forces as a Sergeant overseeing vehicle maintenance. Dyonte earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix between 2013 and 2016.
