Will Blair has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Will has worked as a Data Science Engineer at Neuron23 since June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Kleiner Perkins Engineering Fellow at Kleiner Perkins, where they worked with the portfolio company Neuron23. Will was selected to participate in this fellows program out of 3000+ applicants. Will also worked as a Fellow at On Deck. In 2023, they founded a Stealth Startup. In 2022, they were a Fellow at Longevity Biotech Fellowship and a RippleX Fellow at Ripple Ventures. The RippleX Fellowship was a 12-week program focusing on startup building and venture capital. Will also served on the Baltimore Leadership Team at Nucleate. In 2021, they were the President of Charm City Science League, where they oversaw day-to-day operations, managed external communications and collaborations, and supervised 100 mentors at 20+ schools. Will also served as the Vice President of Charm City Science League in 2021. Will's work experience also includes being an Undergraduate Researcher in the Dawson Lab at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where they focused on Parkinson's Disease research. In 2020, they were the Seedling Business Lead at Seedling Hydroponics, where they addressed food deserts by selling hydroponics systems and funding hydroponics units for Baltimore schools.
Will Blair completed their high school education at Upper Canada College from 2013 to 2019. Will then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science (Honors), with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management, at The Johns Hopkins University from 2019 to 2023.
In addition to their academic pursuits, Will Blair obtained several certifications. In 2014, they completed certifications in Bronze Medallion, CPR with AED Skills, and Emergency First Aid with CPR-B from the Lifesaving Society Ontario. In 2015, they obtained the Bronze Cross certification from the same institution. Subsequently, in 2016, they obtained the CSIA Level 1 certification from the Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance, the WHMIS certification from OnlineWHMIS.caâ„¢, and the Worker Health and Safety Awareness certification from the Ontario Ministry of Labour. In 2017, they obtained the National Lifeguard Certification (NLS) from the Lifesaving Society Ontario, and the Water Safety Instructor certification from the Canadian Red Cross.
