Jeremy Shapiro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce analytics and human resources. Currently serving as AVP of Workforce Analytics at Merck since April 2019, Jeremy leads a high-performing team focused on enhancing decision-making through analytics, AI in HR, and data-driven storytelling, earning several awards for excellence. Previously, Jeremy held the role of Executive Director for Workforce Analytics at Merck and served as Executive Director and Global Head of HR Analytics at Morgan Stanley, where expertise in data science transformed talent management practices. Jeremy also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Cornell University, teaching HR Analytics. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President at Bernard Hodes Group, Group Account Director at agency.com, and Senior Director at Bernard Hodes Ltd, with foundational experience as a Webmaster at Harper Collins College. Jeremy holds an MSIS in Computer Science and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, as well as a BA in Economics and History from Rutgers University.
