Dion Small, P.E., is a Track Engineer currently employed at Network Rail Consulting since May 2022. Previously, Dion Small worked as a Quality Control Engineer - Track at ATANE from January 2020 to May 2022, providing quality oversight for the Green Line Extension project. Prior experience includes serving as a Track Engineer at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority from February 2015 to January 2020 and as an Engineer at Parsons between June 2009 and February 2015, focusing on track and traction power design and construction phase services. Dion Small earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan University in 2011 and an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering Technologies from City Tech, CUNY, in 2009.
