Nick Schultz has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Design Engineer at Command Controls Corp from April 2005 to September 2006. Nick then worked as a Hydraulic Engineer at Certified Power Inc. from September 2006 to October 2015. After that, they held the position of New Product Development Engineering Manager at Nordco from November 2018 to January 2022. Currently, Nick is serving as the Director of Engineering at Nordco.

Nick Schultz attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
