Dan Thompson has been a part of Netsweeper Inc. since January 2017, where Dan currently serves as the Technical Support Team Lead. Prior to this role, Dan worked as a Network Optimization Engineer at Exinda Networks and as a Product Specialist at Future Shop, now operated by Best Buy. Dan also has previous experience as a Customer Service Representative at Aarvato Digital Services. Dan holds a degree in Network Administration Systems Engineering from Conestoga College.
