Aieshia Grant, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and auditing, currently serving as the Manager of Divisional Accounting at NETSCOUT since October 2017, where responsibilities include preparing quarterly and annual SEC filings, conducting monthly P&L variance analysis, and overseeing financial statement accuracy in compliance with SEC and GAAP regulations. Prior to this role, Aieshia worked at Grant Thornton LLP from October 2013 to October 2017 as an Audit Senior Associate, managing financial audits and guiding clients through the SEC registration process for IPOs, as well as serving as an Audit Associate. Aieshia's earlier experience includes working as a Fund Accountant at SS&C Technologies, where responsibilities involved fee calculations and daily cash reconciliation, and as a Faculty Suite Assistant at Bryant University, supporting faculty on administrative tasks. Aieshia holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Bryant University.
