Tomas Costemalle's work experience includes being the LATAM Finance Director at Bitfarms since September 2022 and previously serving as the LATAM Controller from September 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Bitfarms, they worked at Deloitte, where they held various positions from 2008 to 2021, including Audit Senior Manager, Audit Manager, Audit Senior, and Audit Staff. Tomas led and supervised audits, audited financial statements, performed risk assessment procedures, and ensured compliance with auditing standards and regulations.

From 2003 to 2008, Tomas Costemalle attended the University of Buenos Aires where they pursued a degree in Certified Public Accountancy. During this period, their field of study focused on economics. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2010, they continued their education at the same institution, earning a Business Administration Degree with a specialization in economics.
