Anita Chakraborty has extensive experience in operations and management within the outsourcing services sector, currently serving as Associate Director of Operations at Netlink Software Group America Inc since September 2007. Previous roles at Netlink include Sr. Manager and BPO-Lead, along with responsibilities as Executive Assistant to the VP of ITES, focusing on BPO assignments, resource management, and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Netlink, Anita worked as an Executive Assistant to the Delivery Head in Software Development, overseeing PMO functions under the QA Department. Beginning a career in education, Anita served as an Instructor in English Stenography at the Industrial Training Institute from 1991 to 2006. Anita holds a B.Com in Management from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya and an MBA in Operations from Karnataka State Open University.
