Zia Mehdi is an experienced RF Optimization Engineer with a career spanning over a decade in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a 3G & 4G RF Optimization Engineer at NETKOM since December 2016, Zia is responsible for daily optimization at cluster, EnodeB, and RNC levels, while managing a team of engineers. Previous roles include 3G RF Optimization Consultant at Huawei Technologies, where Zia worked with Mobily and STC on KPI monitoring and network troubleshooting, and LTE RF Optimization Engineer at Huawei, focusing on client demand for network performance improvements. Zia's earlier experiences include RF optimization roles at various companies such as Aircom International, Nawras, and OMANTEL. Zia holds a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
