Shaela Lawson serves as the Inclusion Strategy Manager at Netflix since December 2020 and holds the position of Executive Director at the Pretty Brown Girl Foundation, established to empower girls of color through self-acceptance and leadership development programs. Additionally, Lawson functions as the Chief Operating Officer of Pretty Brown Girl, LLC, overseeing a program that has impacted over 50,000 girls nationwide. Prior experiences include leadership roles in Diversity & Inclusion at Riot Games and Dropbox, as well as various managerial positions at The Executive Leadership Council and T. Rowe Price, where significant strides were made in diversity recruiting and partnerships. Lawson's career began at Sodexo, where guidance was provided to numerous employee resource groups and community partnerships were cultivated. Educational credentials include a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
