Tine K. Boye is an accomplished attorney-at-law with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and governance. Currently serving as Group General Counsel at Netcompany A/S since August 2017, Tine K. Boye oversees all legal matters for the group and supports the Board of Directors. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Corporate and M&A at Nets, where Tine K. Boye provided legal advice to top management and the Board of Directors, and as an attorney at Lett Law Firm with a focus on M&A and corporate law. Notable achievements include the sale of Cimber airplanes during bankruptcy proceedings and the successful restructuring of Imerco. Tine K. Boye holds a Master of Law from Aarhus University and completed the CBS Board Leadership Program at Copenhagen Business School.
