Kristen Tesh is an experienced legal operations and business process professional with a diverse background in managing key legal initiatives at GitLab since October 2021. Prior to this role, Kristen held multiple positions at Red Hat from January 2016 to October 2021, including Senior Business Process Analyst and Business Process Analyst, where expertise was applied in process improvement, data analysis, and compliance. Kristen's career began in education, teaching English/Language Arts and leading departmental initiatives in the Wake County Public School System and Granville County Public Schools. Kristen holds a Master’s Degree in Education from East Carolina University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
