Shane Draper is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in management and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at NetApp since January 2013, Shane oversees a team of over 20 engineers in Vancouver, Canada, focusing on the VTC ONTAP team. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Software Engineering and Technical Team Lead in QA at Rocket Gaming Systems, where Shane improved testing and release processes for casino gaming products. Further experience includes leadership positions at NDS Limited, Comcast, TVWorks, and Liberate Technologies, contributing to systems integration and software quality assurance.
