Phillip Pham has a diverse work experience. Phillip started their career as a Student Internship at Teeple Architects Inc. in 2012. Phillip then worked as a Private Tutor at Northview Heights Secondary School from 2012 to 2013. In 2015, they joined MappedIn as a Map Design Support, and later moved on to become a UI/UX Designer at WeMesh in 2016. At WeMesh, they were responsible for developing new interfaces and conducting research for a virtual reality application. In 2016, they also worked as a Project Assistant at Seneca College. Phillip returned to MappedIn in 2017 as a Map Design Support, and subsequently took on roles such as Mapping Technical Lead, Developer Evangelist, and Software Developer. Phillip is currently working as a Software Developer at MappedIn since 2023.

Phillip Pham completed their Bachelor's Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo. Phillip studied at the university from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Foundations of Programming: Object-Oriented Design" from Lynda.com in November 2016.
