Audrey Bouillot is an experienced professional in eCommerce and marketing, currently serving as Activation Manager eCommerce at Nestlé Professional since November 2023. Previously, Audrey held roles at Nestlé as Junior D2C Project Manager for NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® and as an eCommerce & CRM project manager assistant, where responsibilities included the management of webshop launches, e-merchandising optimization, and performance analysis. Prior work experience includes positions at Henkel as an eCommerce, CRM & Digital Marketing Assistant focused on enhancing product visibility and campaign performance, as well as diverse roles in retail and consulting. Audrey holds a Master's degree in Marketing from IÉSEG School of Management and studied Business during an Erasmus program at La Salle BCN.
