Umesh started their career at Toyota Motor Corporation as a Quality Engineer and later became a Senior Quality Engineer. Umesh then worked at ZF Group as a Management Consultant for different periods of time. After that, they joined Texas Instruments as a Management Consultant and worked for a few months. Umesh then worked as a Process Consultant at Pace (Formerly Philips Consumer Electronics) and as a Manager - Service Business Operations at HP Software. Currently, they are working at Neovia Logistics, where they have held positions such as Manager - Operations Excellence, Senior Manager - Operations Excellence, and Director - Operations Excellence. In their current role, Umesh is responsible for strategic planning, improving business processes, driving projects forward, and enhancing analytics to demonstrate value within the organization.
