Kenneth Stafford has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kenneth started their career as a Customer Service Manager at American Airlines, where they managed passenger service and line cargo operations. During their tenure, they also served as a federal security liaison and supervised a team of 15 supervisors with over 100 front-line employees.

Kenneth then transitioned to the mortgage industry, working at Ameriquest Mortgage and later Ameriquest Mortgage Company as a Senior Loan Officer and Branch Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for originating and procuring clients through various loan products, managing relationships with clients and vendors, and overseeing the sales activities of the retail branch.

Subsequently, Kenneth joined Accredited Home Lenders as a Branch Manager. Here, they directed and managed the sales activities of the retail branch, focusing on customer service, loan generation, and profitability. Kenneth also played a vital role in underwriting conventional mortgage loan applications and analyzing credit and property risks.

Most recently, Kenneth has been associated with Schneider National, where they held multiple positions. Kenneth started as an Operations Manager and eventually became the Director of Operations. In these roles, they focused on a safety-first approach to deliver customer expectations and coordinated customer relations and operations in support of the company's growth. Kenneth had accountability for network and dedicated operations based out of the Western 11 States.
