Catalina Huertas-Mateus has extensive experience in sales and account management roles in the technology industry. Catalina is currently serving as the Data, Analytics & AI Sales Director for the Southern Cone at NEORIS, where they help customers in Chile and Argentina become data-driven organizations. Prior to this, Catalina worked as a Sales Director at FactorIT, where they incorporated key initiatives and services in Chile and was responsible for developing detailed account plans and leveraging branding and marketing activities. Catalina also worked as an Account Executive at ACI Worldwide, managing relationships with customers in Chile's payments industry and receiving the ACI Achiever Award. Catalina has previous experience at Oracle in various sales roles, focusing on analytics, big data, and innovation solutions. Catalina has also worked as an Account Manager at QlikView Chile, selling software and services to a wide range of industries, and as a Sales Representative at Auctus, where they were responsible for selling Oracle Crystal Ball software and services. Catalina's career began as a Functional Analyst at Informática y Gestión S.A., where they planned, designed, and programmed graphical user interfaces for software solutions.
Catalina Huertas-Mateus completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2011 to 2013. Catalina also obtained a Designer degree with a minor in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes, studying from 2001 to 2007. In addition, they have various certifications, including Google Cloud Skills Boost and Coursera courses in Google Cloud and digital transformation, and a Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from World Education Services in 2020.
