Aaron Coleman currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at NEOGOV, a position held since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as CEO at US Water Filters and US Auto Parts, as well as President of a consulting firm. Aaron has extensive leadership experience, having served as COO at U.S. Auto Parts and SVP at Blockbuster. Additional positions include CTO at Travelweb and Senior Architect at American Airlines, along with earlier roles in product management and production. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University between 1992 and 1997.
