Tania Garcia is an accomplished International Sales Manager at Neogen Corporation, with a tenure beginning in October 2012, and has demonstrated exceptional performance through the attainment of the Rookie of the Year award for significant sales growth from 2013 to 2014. In conjunction with this role, Tania serves as Co-Owner of Avanza Ventures LLC since November 2021. Previous experience includes positions as a Medical Device Trainer at Archangel TMR and a Sales Professional at both Pernix Therapeutics and Sanofi-Aventis, the latter in which Tania was recognized as a top performer nationally. Tania holds a Medical Doctor degree from the Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana.
